What is the General Assembly?
The ENA General Assembly is the association’s annual business meeting, where hundreds of delegates from across the globe come together to discuss, debate, and vote on key bylaws and resolutions that shape the future of both ENA and the emergency nursing profession.
In 2025, the General Assembly will be held September 16–17 in New Orleans, LA. Colorado ENA will be sending a delegation to represent our state, and we are reserving space for first-time delegates to encourage new voices in our professional community.
What Does a Delegate Do?
A delegate is a representative who acts on behalf of the Colorado ENA membership. As a delegate, you will:

How Are Delegates Selected?
Colorado ENA uses a delegate point system to guide a fair and transparent selection process. In the event of ties in points, lots shall be drawn. Points are awarded based on your professional involvement and are outlined on the application form.
