Bylaws are the rules and regulations enacted to provide a framework for the association's operation and management.
To ensure the ongoing health and effectiveness of our organization, it is essential to periodically review and update the bylaws that govern our operations. In Colorado, we have reached the point where revisions are necessary to support the growth and vitality of our organization, while also aligning with the guidelines set by National ENA.
The Boards of Directors for both 2024 and 2025 have thoroughly reviewed the current bylaws and proposed changes. These recommendations were subsequently submitted to National ENA for approval, a standard procedure to ensure our state bylaws are consistent with the mission, vision, and values of National ENA.
Once approved, the proposed revisions were reviewed by legal counsel to ensure compliance with Colorado nonprofit laws. Now, it is time for you, our state members, to review and approve these changes.
We invite you to review the proposed amendments and the rationale behind them. Please join us for the final vote at our state meeting on March 27, 2025. Your participation is vital to ensuring the continued success and alignment of our organization.
