The Fundraising Committee aims to develop innovative fundraising activities that generate financial support for the Emergency Nurses Association (ENA) in Colorado.
To raise funds through creative and impactful fundraising initiatives in Colorado, with the goal of enhancing educational opportunities, advancing professional growth, supporting the development of emergency nursing in the state, and contributing to the ENA Foundation with an annual donation.
The Fundraising Committee has supported the Colorado ENA budget, enabling the achievement of state-wide goals aimed at advancing emergency nursing. By fostering community engagement and securing key donations, the committee ensures that Colorado ENA remains equipped to meet the evolving needs of emergency nurses, enhancing both local and statewide efforts to promote excellence in emergency care.
The ENA Foundation supports ED nurses with academic scholarships, conference scholarships, research grants, research fellowships, injury prevention, and philanthropic efforts.

CO ENA is partnering with GotSneakers collecting used athletic sneakers to help raise funds. GotSneakers recycles and reuses quality sneakers and pays based on the condition of each pair. We are looking for volunteers to lead small collections and send in the shoes with a pre-paid fedex bag. Volunteers can collect sneakers from anywhere (ED department, or other hospital departments, school, significant other’s work, social media, the gym, church, bars, book club…). Please consider joining us--We'd love your help.
