Key Ideas

  

–Feelings are more important than facts

–Authenticity is key

–Gestures speak a thousand words

–Speak less, listen more

–Use SPECAL sense

–Follow the 3 golden rules

–Think of behaviors as unmet needs—focus on WHY they are doing something rather than WHAT they are doing

–Be on their side—the We-Relationship

–It’s not who you are, it is what you are doing—all of us can do this
